Murder of James Crick - Page 1
Bedfordshire Libraries, 2007
These pages tell of the murder on the 21st January 1809 of James Crick, a dairy man, in the village of Lidlington. He was found by Robert Henman, a miller of the parish. By tracking the footprints of the deceased - and his "inhuman murderer" - in the snow the villagers were able to find out where the man lived. They found the window and the front door open.
