Further information | Joined aged 19, former village store clerk. Married US serviceman Jerald Paul Brown, on 8 March 1950, in Garboldisham. he was stationed with the US Air Force at RAF Sculthorpe. They moved to the USA for one year, then returned for 3 years at Lakenheath. Peggy, aged 80, living in Richmond, Kentucky, received her Veterans Badge, from the Britsh government in 2008 and was "very proud of it." |
