IOS 7 Problem and Update
There has been a problem with downloading and listening to books on Apple devices that have IOS 7 on them.
OneClick have resolved this issue now and a new app has been made available through iTunes. Please remove your current OneClick app and download the new one.

Improved OneClick Mac App
A new improved Mac app is now available! Just visit the Mac Store and install free of charge - search for "oneclickdigital".
New OneClick digital Android App

Free Apps for Apple Mac Compatibility
Free Apps are now available for OneClickdigital members to use the Media Manager with their Apple devices. There are two apps; one for Apple Mac PCs and one for iPhones, iPads and iPods. Simply search for One Click Digital in Apple's App Store or follow the links from the banner ads on the front page of your OneClick website. (June 2012).
The new apps enable you to search and download e-audio from OneClickdigital all from your mobile Apple device such as iPhone. It also means Apple Mac computer users can download protected files via the media manager as well as unprotected files.
We are also developing an Android app for smart phones and other non-Apple devices which will be available later in the year.
File Format Change to Unprotected
This week we have converted the majority of our titles to unprotected MP3 format. This means that the files are compatible with all computers and media playing devices and can also be transferred to storage devices such as memory sticks and SD cards via manual download. This will greatly improve access for your members. Today, Unprotected content represents at least 81% of the content in your collection (depending on what you have signed up to), and we will continue to increase the volume of Unprotected files in your One Click collections over the coming months including new releases. Genre Searches
This feature has been updated with the 'Target Audience' feature allowing you to filter the genres by Adult, Children, or Young-Adult categories. You can find this on the right-hand menu after key word searches (search with no entry to see all availability) or the advanced search option. (June 2012)
Media Manager Upgrade
There was an update to the Media Manager on Tuesday 29th May to improve functionality and ease of use for your members. Your borrowers will be prompted to make this upgrade to the media manager when they sign-in and to get the best from the service it is important that they accept upgrade. The upgrade is fully automated and takes just a minute or two. The update includes a refresh function allowing a simpler transfer of files between the website and media player. (June 2012)
