Had a relationship with a GI bomber pilot, Gerry Wiley, at the end of the war but did not marry until 27 December 1975 (they had both been married to others and then divorced). They lived in Texas and later Gloucestershire, England. Her sister Myra Rosalind Preater was also a land girl at Milton Ernest and married a GI and lived in the United States. |
