- Some visitations are also available on Ancestry Library Edition web site, which you can use free at any Bedfordshire library. The log in link is at A-Z local and family history
- To find the visitations on Ancestry Library Edition, click 'Search' near the top left of the Ancestry Library Edition home page, then scroll down and click 'UK and Ireland', then click 'England'
- At the resulting page, scroll down to the section headed 'England stories and publications' then at the end of the section click 'View all...England stories, memories and histories'. Scroll down and click 'Next' to go through the pages until you reach the 'Visitations of....' links
- As at September 2008, visitations for the following counties and dates are on Ancestry Library Edition:
- Dorset
- 1623
- London
- 1633-1635
- Worcester
- 1569
- Bedfordshire
- 1566, 1582, and 1634
- Hertfordshire
- 1572 and 1634
- Norfolk
- 1563 and 1613
