• See the section 'British citizenship' on the web site of the Home Office's UK Border Agency, for full details of citizenship and the other different types of British nationality
• If you need to take the 'Life in the UK' test, you can practise online by logging in to the e-resources with your library card number and PIN and clicking on GoCitizen.
  GoCitizen gives you:
   - an online version of the latest official study materials licensed from the Home Office, the organisation that produces the handbook
   - hundreds of practice test questions in the same format as the official test
   - additional interactive learning resources and teaching aids
• You can also find help to prepare for the test at the Life in the UK Test site
• There is information aimed at teachers of ESOL citizenship courses at the NIACE site Citizenship materials for ESOL learners. The site includes a downloadable pack of resources and a useful 'Citizenship FAQs' section
