OISC Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner
The OISC ensures that immigration advisers fulfill the requirements of good practice. Its web site includes a searchable register of advisers who are regulated by the OISC. NB other advisers such as practising solicitors, barristers and legal executives are not included and do not come under the remit of the OISC.
