Dear Mum and Dad,
Thank you very much for letter which I received this morning. We are going to start school on Monday next.
We had the list of our new books this morning and I shall need a lot of books from home such as: an Atlas. Shall I buy any books from Symonds? as he said that I could have some of his. I might need my bathing costume as we are going to the baths on some of the afternoons. We went to the pictures on Wed. night.
I am just going to write to Grandpa and Grandma Johns.
Love from George
