If your child finds reading difficult, ask at your local
library for Barrington Stoke books. These are short, interesting books
written especially for children with dyslexia and struggling or reluctant
readers.

Spoken word tapes and CDs are a great way to encourage children to enjoy books. Children's spoken word can be borrowed for free from all Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire Libraries.
