T-Dan Sputnik Visits the Library 6

T-Dan was completely engrossed in his books and Mum had to call him twice before he realised she was talking to him. 

"I need to know the end of the story," he wailed, "We can't leave without this book."

"That's all right," said Marge, "You can join the library today.  If Mum doesn't have any documents with your home address on, I can make you an instant ticket."  She handed Mum a form.  "Just fill out the form here for T-Dan and you sign it.  Children can borrow up to four books on an instant ticket.  There is absolutely no charge for joining the library or borrowing books."
