| Further information | Former factory hand, aged 18, one of five daughters. Beatrice married Sergeant Ode Franklin Harvey, Jnr. (13 August 1919 - 25 June 1984) of Seymour, Texas [American GI serving with the U.S. Army Air Forces in England during WW2] at St. John's Church, Bedford on 15 March 1945. Moved to live in Texas, USA. She became an American citizen in 1960. Beatrice ('Bea') died 28 May 2017 (aged 94) and is buried in the Highland Cemetery, Stamford, Texas. She was married for 39 years. |
