Where can I see a report of a tribunal case?

  • Head of a statue of 'Justice'Some tribunals make the reports of their decisions (sometimes called 'judgements' or 'determinations') available online or, alternatively, by post
  • For some tribunals information may also be available from other sources, such as library reference books
  • The Tribunals Service web site gives you links to the web sites of the main official tribunals
  • The individual web site of the tribunal you need will tell you whether it gives online access to their decisions at that site or whether you can contact the tribunal for a copy of the decision you need
