The Reading Agency’s Summer Reading Challenge 2026: Read to the Beat


The Summer Reading Challenge is an annual challenge delivered by The Reading Agency in partnership with public libraries and powered by Universal Music UK. This year the challenge invites children to embark on a free, imaginative reading adventure uniting the magic of stories with the power of music!
