I have lost my library card - Help!
Contact your local library now!
A member of staff will mark your library card as reported lost and this will prevent anyone from using it.
When you next visit the library bring one form of
identification with you, showing your name and
address, you will be given a new library card with a new number, but your
PIN will not change.
There is a charge for a replacement ticket, for more details follow the links
below:
If the library card belongs to a child there is no replacement charge but proof of the parent or guardian's name and address will be requested.
