Enjoying a band.

Face full of joy,
And beers will be flowing.
Old friendships rekindled,
And new ones start growing.

Walk through the door,
Of your friendly local.
Your mates welcome you,
Being loud and vocal.

Drinks will be spilt,
And fights may begin.
But no matter what
I'll enjoy my gin.

Because I'm proud.
I survived the lockdown.
And I'm more than excited
