• There is a printed surname index to the 1851 census for Bedfordshire, available at Bedford Central Library, Dunstable Library, Leighton Buzzard Library, and Flitwick Library
• The 1851 census for Devon, Norfolk & Warwick, on CD-ROM, has an index as part of the CD-ROM. It is held at Dunstable Library and Leighton Buzzard Library
• The 1871 and 1891 Bedfordshire census CD-ROM includes an index. It is held at Bedford Central Library, Dunstable Library and Leighton Buzzard Library
