Yes we do. A pre-overdue email is sent 3 days before your loan is due back so you have plenty of time to either renew or return the items to your local library.
If we do not have your email address you can add it to your record;
- Online using Arena - the online library catalogue; all you need is your library card number and PIN
- Contact Us; we will update your record and set your notifications to be email
- Contact your local library and ask a member of staff for help
You can renew your loans in one of the following ways:
- Arena - the online library catalogue; all you need is your library card number and PIN
- Bedfordshire Libraries App - free to download for Android and Apple devices; all you need is your library card number and PIN
- Contact your local library and ask a member of staff for help
If you do not have a PIN you can request one by clicking here.
If you are late renewing or returning your items an overdue charge will be added to your account; details of the latest charges can be found here.
We will let you know when your items have gone overdue;
- By email when they are one week, three and five weeks overdue
- By letter when they are three and five weeks overdue
