How accessible is my local library?
Services to People with Disabilities FAQs
We have done a lot to make physical access to Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire libraries easy, by installing ramps, automatic doors and lifts.
Wheelchair access is provided in all libraries and lifts are available in Bedford, Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable and Biggleswade where there is more than one floor. All library vehicles have wheelchair access with ramps or lifts.
To find out more go to your local library page and scroll down to the heading 'Building'.
