Help with Your Personal Account

Click on the Account Details link to get to your Financial Information page. You may be asked to Log in with your library  card number and PIN if you have not done so already.
Click here if you would like to request your PIN.

Your Account Details page shows you the total amount that you owe and a breakdown of that amount. Please note that your account does not include 'pending' charges - charges which may be due on any items you currently have on loan which are overdue.

You will see the title of the item the fine or charge is related to, the date the charge was added to your account and the individual amount. There is also a description of the type of charge

• Fine - overdue fine, when an item has been renewed/returned after its due date.
• Hire Charge - the sum charged for the loan of audio and visual items, such as CDs, DVDs, Videos and Spoken Word
• Reservation - The reservation fee for requesting an item to be delivered to your local library
