Help with your PIN

Request a PIN

You can ask for your PIN (Personal Information Number) to be sent to you. We will need to know the number on your Library Card and we ask for your post-code as confirmation. If we have your email address on file the PIN will be emailed to you, if we do not have your email address the PIN will be sent to you by ordinary mail.

  • Type your Library Card number into the top box (the first 9 numbers only)
  • Type your Post Code into the second box (include the space in the middle), eg: mk42 9ap
  • Click the Submit button

Changing your "PIN"

You can change your PIN to something easier to remember.

Click on the 'Personal Details' on the navigation and sign in using your existing PIN. On the summary page click on the blue 'Change you PIN' link.

  • Type your current PIN into the top box (4 numbers only)
  • Type the new PIN again into the middle box
  • Type your new PIN again into the bottom box
  • Click the 'Change PIN' button
  • You will then see a confirmation page - stating that your PIN has been changed as requested. 

There is no limit to the number of times you can change your PIN.
