A: There are two ways to ensure your downloaded e-audio book tracks play in order:
Option A.
Use the 'Manual download' option which will download the e-audio book as a single file.
For a step by step tutorial on how to download an mp3 e-audio book using Manual Download, please refer to the FAQ from our support site located here: http://support.ebscohost.com/knowledge_base/detail.php?id=5008
Option B.
After downloading the e-audio book, group the individual tracks together in iTunes by creating a new playlist, and then sync the entire playlist to your iPod. When you play the book as a playlist on your iPod, you can ensure the tracks play in the correct order.
