Code Club Meet Up

Code Club meetups are a place where teachers, veteran volunteers, and newcomers alike can meet in a fun, friendly and informal environment to talk about Code Club. Brand new to Code Club? Come along and find out more about what we do. Tim Wilson, our Regional Coordinator for the Midlands, and Dan Elwick, our Regional Coordinator for London and the East of England, will be there to answer any questions you have about getting started. Already involved with Code Club? This is a chance to meet other people involved in the community. Come along to swap stories and help each other. There will be drinks and snacks too. Anyone interested in attending must sign up and register via the Code Club booking page on Event Brite. It is free to attend.

Suspense... and how to build it!

Are you interested in the crime genre? If so, come and join local author and crime novelist A B Morgan and author and editor Morgen Bailey to experience what it is like to add suspense when writing a crime or thriller story. Get creative and have fun as you learn all about the art of suspense in this 2 hour introductory workshop. Alison Morgan will also be promoting, signing and selling her latest book Fat Chance. Tickets 2.00 are available in advance from Bedford Central Library
